I never planned on being a coach. Before this, I worked for years to recomp from 435lbs to 230lbs. That's 205 lbs down. It was a great achievement. But the process was also very frustrating.

I never knew exactly what I needed to do or where to get the right, reliable information.

Even when I did get the answers I needed, I didn't have a structured plan to get where I wanted to go. Those two frustrations frequently stopped me from following through on what I knew I needed to do.

When I became a coach, my mission was simple: "Help anyone who is stuck... Keep Moving."

The scale lied to me for years.
