You're in good hands. I know it can be tough walking into a new training environment, but The Savage Lands is a private, member's only space where you can relax & focus on yourself without worry. We don't have mirrors, equipment hogs or people wasting time watching you. Everyone here... is here to work. 

TEACHING APPROACH

I'll be with you every step of the way, checking your form during your sessions to make sure you're comfortable and performing movements safely. If we need to modify anything, we will make sure it fits you at your level. I'll even follow up with you after the session to make sure you're ok & send you stretches for recovery.
