ANGELA'S KEY: WHY TRAINING WORKED

SHE Tried Everything.
BUT Nothing WORKED LONG-TERM.

Therapy. Self-help books. Surgery. Coaches. Cardio classes. Strict diets.

She invested time. She invested money. She showed up. Did her part.

And still... she was stuck.

 

Angela's Story

Started With NO STRENGTH Training Experience. Only Exercise and Cardio.

She had Gastric Sleeve Surgery But NEVER Developed ANY MUSCLE, STRENGTH or TONE. She consistently battled confidence & body images issues daily.

In Training...  She couldn't hold a plank for more than 15 seconds. No balance. No core strength. We couldn't even hold a split squat. She felt weak and soft. Loose skin. Always covered up in sessions. Super quiet.

As her Coach... I absolutely KNEW what it's like to walk into a gym... and NOT KNOW the FIRST STEP to Getting Stronger.

Therapy gave her tools... but it didn't give her confidence. Gastric Bypass Surgery made her "smaller". But it definitely didn't give her strength. She had to build it. Through physical action.

NOW..... She LITERALLY became ONE of the STRONGEST in The Savage Lands. ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿฆพ

By the time she left?

Angela was one of the strongest and LOUDEST in the squad. You could always hear her hollering when she was working in EAT Camp. The squad knows.

She built her confidence. Took the chance to start a new career. Moved to a new city. Changed her whole approach.

I'm thankful to help her move closer towards her path.
