But GETTING YOUR A$$ UP…. and literally DOING THE THINGS you KNOW you PROMISED YOURSELF you would do. NO MATTER WHAT!

'Point A’ being the place where you're starting.
‘Point B’ being an achievable 90 day goal that we’ll work towards surpassing together.
Ask yourself 4 KEY 🔑 Questions:
- Where are you today on your food & nutrition goals?
- How strong do you feel in sessions? How’s your endurance & conditioning in boot camp?
- How are your clothes fitting & how’s your body changing?
- What are you willing to DO to move yourself to your NEW ‘Point B’ on ALL 3?
