Zero athletic background. Never lifted a weight in her life. Worked overnight shifts. Drove an hour each way. Went to college full time.
Yesterday we weighed in to kick off #ItsEATSeason 2025.
198 lbs on the scale. That's 100 lbs down from where she started.
✅ Invited to train by @alopez99_
✅ Joined the MACHINE Unlimited Program (w/ College Upgrade)
✅ Clocked in 3-5X per week consistently
✅ Made LIFTING progress — STRENGTH sessions, progressive overload, CPPP
✅ Made CONDITIONING progress — @eatpacks boot camp
✅ Stuck to her macros & nutrition + tracked macros daily
✅ ABILITY sessions — improved mobility, stay on top of her missed lifts
✅ Improved her mindset & discipline
She couldn't squat when she walked in. Couldn't run. Couldn't do a lunge. Now she lifts, runs, and just finished Summer Savagery 2025 100 lbs lighter than when she started.
Size 20 → Size 12. Pre-diabetes risk avoided. Three friends she's already brought in who are now training.
That's not a weight loss story. That's a savage being unleashed.
