LATE PLATES (5-7PM)

The WORK after WORK. Clock out of the office, Clock into DRXVE. Decompress, destress, Put it In the Tank for Fuel.

SATURDAY SAVAGERY (10AM)

Saturday's are Savage Day! Pick Lifts or Complex Camp.

Weekend ENERGY Sessions where we get to use the Bar! If it's nice, we even Get Outside! ☀️

COMP CLASS (11:30AM SAT)

ABILITY + COMP 🧠 nutrition coaching. Advance booking required.

Common questions about The Savage Lands, how sessions work, and what to expect.

Can I switch between morning and evening times?

Yes. You're not locked in. Pick whatever fits your schedule that day. Programming stays the same regardless of time slot.

What's the difference between STRENGTH, ENERGY, and ABILITY?

STRENGTH (Blue) = Barbell training through The MACHINE 🤖. Progressive lifting. 4X/week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri).

ENERGY (Yellow) = Metabolic conditioning. EAT PACKS. Burn fat, build capacity.

ABILITY (Green) = Mobility work, missed lift makeups, "dirty work" on weak spots.

All three are Powers built through the MACHINE Training Method. COMP 🧠 (nutrition education) runs parallel—you learn both methods when you train at The Savage Lands.

Do I need to book sessions in advance?

No advance booking for regular sessions. Once you join the squad, you'll have access to the SQUAD Portal to pre-plan your session times for the week. But that's more about accountability. You can just show up at any time that works for you, CLOCK IN and get to work.

**EXCEPTION:** Saturday 11:30AM COMP Class requires advance booking. Text 832-979-9738 to reserve your spot.

What should I bring to sessions?
