Saturday's are Savage Day! Pick Lifts or Complex Camp.

SCHEDULE QUESTIONS
Can I switch between morning and evening times?
Yes. Your schedule is flexible.
Pick whatever fits your schedule that day. Programming is similar regardless of time slot.
What's the difference between STRENGTH, ENERGY, and ABILITY?
STRENGTH (Blue) = Barbell training through The MACHINE ðĪ. Progressive lifting. 4X/week (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri)
ENERGY (Yellow) = Energy Adaptation Training. Metabolic conditioning. @EATPACKS. Burn fat, build capacity.
ABILITY (Green) = Mobility work, missed lift makeups, "dirty work" on weak spots.
All three are Powers built through the MACHINE Training Method.
COMP ð§ Nutrition Method runs parallel, at the same time.
You learn both methods when you train at The Savage Lands.
Do I need to book sessions in advance?
No advance booking for regular sessions.
Once you join the squad, you'll have access to the SQUAD Portal to pre-plan your session times for the week. But that's more about accountability.
You can just show up at any time that works for you, CLOCK IN and get to work.
EXCEPTION: Saturday 11:30AM COMP Class requires advance booking.

What if I miss a session?
Make it up during any Green ABILITY Times: Mon-Fri 9AM, Wed 7AM/5PM, Fri 7AM, or Sat 8AM. Life happens. Just stay on track.
