Late Payment Policy

Grace Period: 15 days from billing date

What Happens:

  • Day 1: Payment fails, first reminder sent
  • Day 7: Second reminder
  • Day 14: Final warning
  • Day 15: Account frozen (no gym access)
  • Day 16+: $30 reactivation fee required

To Reactivate:

  1. Update card information
  2. Pay missed payment + $30 fee
  3. Access restored within 24 hours

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation Policy

Notice Required: 30 days written notice

How It Works:

  • Submit cancellation request to coach (text or email)
  • 30-day notice period begins on submission date
  • Payments falling within 30-day notice still process
  • Access continues for 30 days from final payment
  • No penalty to cancel (just requires notice)

Example:

  • Submit cancellation: December 1
  • Billing date: December 15
  • December 15 payment: PROCESSES (within notice period)
  • Access ends: January 14 (30 days from last payment)
  • January 15: No charge (membership terminated)

Re-Joining:

  • Can return anytime
  • No penalty
  • Start at current pricing

Refund Policy

Freeze Policy

Medical or Travel Freezes:

  • Available at coach discretion
  • Minimum 2-week freeze
  • Freeze begins on next billing period (not immediate)
  • Submit request via text or email to 832-979-9738

How It Works:

  • Request freeze with reason (medical, travel, etc.)
  • Coach reviews and approves/denies
  • Freeze starts on next billing date
  • Membership extends by freeze duration
  • Example: 2-week freeze = membership extends 2 weeks

Not Available For:

  • "Taking a break" or "not feeling motivated"
  • Financial reasons (cancel instead with 30-day notice)

SESSION POLICIES

Booking & Scheduling

Advance Booking Required:

  • COMP Class (Saturday 11:30AM): 24-hour advance booking required
  • All other sessions: Walk-ins welcome (no booking needed)

Switching Sessions:

  • No penalty for changing times/days same week
  • Text coach to confirm availability: 832-979-9738

Missed Sessions:

  • No makeups for CORE/ENERGY (use it or lose it each week)
  • UNLIMITED: no limits, train when you can
  • ABILITY sessions available for makeup lifts (same week only)

Session Limits by Tier

UNLIMITED ($347):

  • No limits
  • Recommended max: 5-6X per week (recovery matters)

CORE ($247):

  • 3 sessions per week maximum
  • No rollover to following weeks
  • Additional sessions: $50 drop-in or upgrade

ENERGY ($147):

  • 3 ENERGY sessions per week maximum
  • No STRENGTH/ABILITY access without upgrade or drop-in

FACILITY RULES & SAFETY

General Rules

  • Respect all equipment and return to proper storage
  • Clean equipment after use
  • No dropping weights unnecessarily
  • Follow coach instructions during sessions
  • Professional conduct expected at all times

Age Requirements

  • Must be 18+ to train independently
  • 17-year-olds require parent/guardian consent and supervision

Guest Policy

  • First session FREE for prospects
  • Current members can bring guests (FREE first session)
  • Repeat guests: $50 drop-in or start membership

Medical Conditions

You must disclose all previous injuries, medical conditions, surgeries, and health concerns during your initial assessment (PAR-Q form). Failure to disclose medical history may result in injury and voids any liability claims.

DRXVE Training reserves the right to refuse service to anyone with undisclosed medical conditions or who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.


 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Training Risks

I understand that participation in strength training, metabolic conditioning, high-intensity interval training, plyometrics, and flexibility work carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Muscle soreness and fatigue
  • Musculoskeletal strains, sprains, and injuries
  • Changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar
  • Joint pain or dysfunction
  • In rare cases, serious injury or death

I acknowledge that these risks increase if:

  • I have previous injuries or medical conditions
  • I fail to follow warm-up and safety instructions
  • I train beyond my current capabilities
  • I do not disclose medical history accurately

Voluntary Participation

I voluntarily choose to participate in DRXVE Training programs with full knowledge of the risks involved.

I understand that my body's reaction to training cannot always be predicted. I assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during or after training.

Release of Liability

I hereby fully and forever release and discharge DRXVE Training, DRXVE LLC, The Savage Lands, its owners, coaches, employees, assigns, and agents from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present and future.

DRXVE Training shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injuries sustained while exercising, during training sessions, or from any training program that DRXVE provides.

I enter into each training session at my own risk.


 

MEDIA & PHOTO POLICY

Photo & Video Usage

DRXVE Training may create media content (photos, videos, testimonials) during training sessions to:

  • Display fitness progress
  • Promote health awareness on social media
  • Market DRXVE Training services

By training at DRXVE, you grant permission for your:

  • Name, facial information, photographs, images
  • Story and/or testimonial
  • To be used in marketing and advertising
  • Across all media platforms (social media, website, promotional materials)

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request that specific photos/videos NOT be shared (we will comply in good faith)
  • Revoke media consent in writing at any time
  • Request removal of previously published content (we will honor reasonable requests)

We will NOT share:

  • Personal health information
  • Private medical details
  • Body composition data
  • Any information you specifically request to be kept private

 

TERMS OF USE

Website & Intellectual Property

All content on drxve.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of DRXVE Training and protected by copyright laws.

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or display DRXVE content without written permission
  • Use DRXVE branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
  • Scrape, copy, or automated harvest website content

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

  • Training session reminders
  • Schedule changes and facility updates
  • Membership billing notifications
  • Promotional messages about DRXVE services

You may opt out:

  • Text messages: Reply STOP to any message
  • Emails: Click unsubscribe link in any email
  • Phone calls: Request removal by calling 832-979-9738

Limitation of Liability

DRXVE Training's total liability for any claims arising from membership or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these policies from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of DRXVE services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
