I have been training for a couple years now and I say, without hesitation, that with Alverez and the DRXVE Squad, my quality life has been restored and amplified!

I have been a nurse 12 years and started having debilitating back pain 3 years ago. I would sit in my car after work for up to an hour mustering the courage to just get out because it was so painful. I would have to physically lift my leg in and out of my car with my arms due pain/weakness.  I had six herniated discs and was overweight at 31. I thought that was it, that's just how life is going to be.

My friend and coworker convinced me to come train. Immediately everyone  was welcoming and friendly. Alverez assessed where my limitations were and gave me modifications to keep my back safe while still getting the work done. I got "homework" to help strengthen  my weaknesses and gain more mobility. I went from barely making it through a work day to training BEFORE work and feeling great!

We don't just focus on big showy, dramatic numbers on the weights or scales, we do the "dirty work" and train all the supporting muscles so we are balanced for life. I feel like I have gotten a second chance on what my body and mind can do and overcome thanks to the DRXVE method.

I had never zeroed in on nutrition in my life and Alverez gives you tons of resources and education and the apps are interactive and easy to use and you can always get a quick response.

I have never met a more supportive, accepting, FUN group of people! The energy is infectious as soon as you walk in, and there is no competition, all our wins big and small are celebrated!

It's worth the 30-40 minute drive from downtown Houston for me. I encourage anyone looking for that second, third, fourth chance (where ever you are at) to come train with us, you won't regret it!
