Environmental Strength - Training teaches you to control your immediate space. The gym floor becomes your proving ground.

Angela's Story

Started With NO STRENGTH Training Experience. Only Exercise and Cardio.

She had Gastric Sleeve Surgery But NEVER Developed ANY MUSCLE, STRENGTH or TONE. She consistently battled confidence & body images issues daily.

In Training...  She couldn't hold a plank for more than 15 seconds. No balance. No core strength. We couldn't even hold a split squat. She felt weak and soft. Loose skin. Always covered up in sessions. Super quiet.

As her Coach... I absolutely KNEW what it's like to walk into a gym... and NOT KNOW the FIRST STEP to Getting Stronger.
