HOMEWORK EQUIPMENT

Get the following items to help your get your homework sessions done.
 
GLUTE BANDS

GLUTE BANDS

Get a few glute bands to help you get the lower body glute & hip homework done. 

I suggest eventually having 2 types of bands:

  • Fabric Bands for more resistance around your upper legs. They are also more comfortable to put on.
  • Plastic Bands for lateral leg work with bands around your lower legs, ankles or calves.
PAIR of DUMBBELLS

Pair of Dumbbells

Get 1-2 pairs of dumbbells to get strength work done at home.  

I suggest eventually having two pairs:

  • One heavier pair for lower body / leg moves
  • One smaller pair that you know you can press overhead for upper body moves.
JUMP ROPE

JUMP ROPE or SPEED ROPE

Get a jump rope to help you do HIIT Based intervals and simulate the heart rate increase of running... while training inside.

Loop Resistance Bands

Big Loop Bands

Use these bands at varying resistance to help with pull-aparts, back workouts and chin-ups at home.
