We're running Structured Strength & Lifting Sessions with Programmed Progressions using the #CompMethod.

Expect Big Lifts + Accessory Lifts with a side of Core & HIIT.  You will get Stronger using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Combos, Complexes & Core Challenges.

The pace is focused on "clocking-in", prepping, warming up & getting the work done.
