Expect Big Lifts + Accessory Lifts with a side of Core & HIIT. You will get Stronger using Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Combos, Complexes & Core Challenges.
SQUAD STRENGTH is our version of Small Group Training Sessions. The pace is focused on getting in & getting it done.
Your SQUAD STRENGTH Program blends functional strength training, metabolic conditioning, nutritional coaching & group motivation to help you carve & build the body you’re already working for.
Workouts during your SQUAD sessions will be consistent each week as you improve your form & get stronger on each key movement.
Every 6-8 Weeks your SQUAD Training Program & Nutritional Guidelines will be updated to keep your progress moving forward!
