In the last segment, #5 - PREPARE, we talked about being prepared & practicing daily habits that help you get closer to your key goals.
But after 2-3 weeks of work..... how do we stay on track with our habits?
After the initial spark of motivation is gone, how do we make sure that we are still pushing towards our goals?
🔑 THE Keyword is: Accountability.
... and Accountability means: Take Care of Your SH!T.
👉 On any given day... you should be fully aware that you are fully responsible for everything you DO, SAY or CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON.
So, sticking to your daily habits is less about “feeling like it” and much more about making a direct decision to just Get Your SH!T Done.
Now…
Let’s Break Your SH!T into 3 Key Pieces 😂💩
1. COMMIT TO YOUR SH!T
You SEE the best version of yourself in your head… EVERY DAY.
Decide everyday to BE that stronger version of you. Demonstrate it everyday by following through with actions.
2. OWN YOUR SH!T
Every day you wake up, you are responsible for what you do, say or choose to focus on.
Take responsibility for your self-talk & make choices that prepare you for success. Focus on taking actions that move you in the direction of your goals.
3. CUT THE BULLSH!T
Reasons are just excuses with suits on.
They look good on paper, sound good in our heads & feel good to say…but at the end of the day, reasons are just “dressed up” excuses for why we didn’t DO OUR SH!T.
HOW MANY YEARS have you used the same reason to explain why you can’t get over the hump & reach your next level of progress?
CUT THE BULLSH!T & Work Harder to find your reason to PUSH THROUGH.
The EXACT thing you tell yourself you CAN’T DO…
is the EXACT Challenge you need to DEFEAT to move forward.
