A. BODYWEIGHT SQUATS - 25X (Hold 2 Sec at Bottom!) 

 

B. HIGH KNEE RUN - 30 SEC (Pump Those Knees!) 

 

C. BEAR PLANK - 25 SEC (Hold it! Do NOT Drop!) 

 

D. ELBOW PLANK BUTT UPS - 12X (Hold 2 Sec at Top & Bottom!) 


EAT & REPEAT 3-4X ROUNDS! Rest 20-30 Sec Between Moves Rest 1-2 Min Between Rounds
