I've never lifted weights before. Can I do this?
Yes. Age range: 15-81. Coach will teach you everything - form, technique, how to brace, how to move better.
You start with whatever weight works for you. Could be the bar. Could be a 15-pound dumbbell. Could be your own bodyweight.
Coach adjusts everything to push you at your level.
No matter what anyone else is doing, You will work at your pace while learning the Machine Training Method.
What if I miss days during my 30 days?
Life happens. Sometimes we miss. The goal is 4 days of action per week.
We'd rather those days be in here training with us, but if not, just cover the day:
1. Make up lifts on ABILITY sessions (designated makeup times)
2. Can't make those? Get in the COACH App and cover the lifts on your own
3. Can't do that either? Text Coach and he'll drop a dumbbell or bodyweight EATPACKS in your app so you stay moving
Your 30 days doesn't pause, but we'll make sure you stay consistent even when life hits.
What happens after 30 days?
Week 3-4, Coach talks to you about continuing. You'll have these options:
6-MONTH RECOMP ($1,735) - Match your COMP Card projections. All in.
12-WEEK LOCK IN ($897) - One full cycle before deciding on 6 months.
SAVAGE CORE ($247/month, 3X per week) - Month-to-month flexibility.
MACHINE UNLIMITED ($347/month, unlimited) - Month-to-month flexibility.

Is there a refund policy?
No refunds on GO30.
You're paying $197 for 30 days of unlimited access to both methods. Once you start, that's your commitment.
If you decide it's not for you, during the term, you'll still have access to the COACH App for other gym or home self-managed sessions.
