THINK about the goals you have for yourself this season and let’s organize them into a system of 4 Key PILLARS!
YOUR 4 PILLARS = FOCUS. FUEL. PERFORMANCE. PROGRESS
THE BREAKDOWN for Each GOAL
FOCUS - Choose One Favorite Quote or Something You Tell Yourself to Stay Motivated.
FUEL - Identify Your Target Calorie Number to Fuel Your Goals.
- If you don’t know your calorie goals… THIS IS IMPORTANT & Be Sure To Ask Me!!
- In the meantime... Choose One Nutrition or Eating Habit You Need to Change.
PERFORMANCE - Choose One Lift, Exercise or Movement You Want to Improve. Include Reps & Weight if you know them.
PROGRESS - Choose one shirt, pair of jeans, or goal outfit you want to wear in 3 months. Give it a Name & also include the place/event you want to wear it to.
ORGANIZE YOUR GOALS
Let’s Organize Your Goals using Your 4 PILLARS:
- Grab a piece of paper or type in your phone.
- Write 1-3 focused options for each goal pillar: FOCUS, FUEL, PERFORMANCE, PROGRESS
- Send them directly to me via email message or text & lets refine them
- After we refine them, let's pin them somewhere visual (on your phone or wall) so you can consistently see them.
