YOU CAN Make Those Clothes Fit

You know which clothes I'm talking about.

Not the ones you threw on this morning. Not the ones right in front of your drawer that you reach for without thinking.

Those clothes.

The ones in the back of the closet. The ones in a box somewhere. The ones you keep because you're going to fit in them one day โ€” and every time you look at them you get a little pissed because that day hasn't come yet. But you're not giving them up. Not yet.

You CAN make those clothes fit.

Here's how.


 

STEP 1: MOVE THEM FROM "THOSE" TO "GOAL"

Take them out. Right now.

Hang them up. Put them somewhere you can see them. They just changed from those clothes to goal clothes. That's a different relationship. Those clothes are in the back because you're avoiding them. Goal clothes are in front because you're chasing them.

Put them on. Yes right now. Take a picture. You don't have to show anyone. Just see where you are. Make it real.


 

STEP 2: CUT THE BULLSHT**

You know what it is.

The extra sugar. The fries every time you eat out. The soda. The cake and ice cream every night. The stuff you already know doesn't belong in the plan.

You don't have to be perfect. But you have to cut the obvious stuff. Better choices when you eat out. Less of the things that aren't moving you toward those clothes. That's it to start.


 

STEP 3: START MOVING

20 minutes a day. That's the entry point.

Walking counts. Moving around counts. Just get your body used to daily activity. 20 minutes. That's your starting point โ€” not your finish line.


 

STEP 4: STOP EXERCISING. START TRAINING.

There's a difference between exercising, working out, and training.

Exercising is doing some exercises. Working out is showing up and sweating. Training is working toward a specific goal with progression built in.

Your goal is those clothes. You need body recomp training.

What body recomposition training looks like:

STRENGTH โ€” Build lean mass. Strength training increases your lean mass, improves your range of motion, raises your metabolic burn, and makes your body work harder at rest. You need this.

ENERGY โ€” Condition your body to produce energy better. Challenges your cardiovascular system, improves your heart rate recovery, forces your lungs and circulatory system to adapt. Next time your body is ready for it. That's ENERGY training.

ABILITY โ€” Move better. Unlock things you can't do yet. Fix the weak spots that are holding back your strength and energy work. This is the dirty work that makes everything else possible.

STRENGTH + ENERGY + ABILITY. Three to four days a week. That's the full program. That's what gets you from those clothes to fitting them โ€” and filling them out.


 

THE SECRET...

It's not just losing weight.

It's body recomposition.
